In order to limit the consequences of fire and accidents, every company, organization or institution must appoint one or more employees as in-house emergency response officer (ERO). The number of Emergency Respons Officers must emerge from the risk assessment and is therefore dependent on the extent of the risks involved in the business activities.
During the ERO course of SBK Opleidingen, all components of first aid, fire and evacuation are covered. The first day is devoted to first aid, and on day two we will focus extensively on fire, evacuation and communication. The basic ERO course contains the necessary theory, but especially the practice will be dealt with extensively. We use various bandages, reanimation dolls and AED's and we also have a fully equipped mobile extinguisher unit where everything is present to practice extinguishing different types of fires.
